Imam Na'eem Abdullah
Imam Na'eem Abdullah is the Amir of Masjid al-Mu'min of Pittsburgh. He has written several books calling to know your Creator, yourself, and the community at large. Imam Na'eem Abdullah participates on the Black Imam's Roundtable Platform and is the co-host of the Half Your Deen Show. He continues to lead our community on the path of Allah by His permission and Mercy the Most High.
Samirah Abdullah wears many hats in our jamaa'ah (community). She serves her immediate family as well as the Masjid al-Mu'min community as our Recording Secretary, Communications Director, and Editor-in-chief of our newsletter,, the Coordinator for Masjid al-Mu'min's Madinah Garden, and the co-host of the Half Your Deen Show.
Dr. Sabeer M. Wahhaj
My name is Dr. Sabeer M. Wahhaj. I am passionate about Mentoring families to understand their roles as a part of the responsible family structure. I also engage in Conflict Resolution, which is mediation. My education background is extensive: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, two Master's Degrees and a Ph.D. in Conflict Resolution/Criminal Justice.
Dr. Sabeer M. Wahhaj serves as the Spokesperson for Masjid al-Mu'min. All comments and questions should be directed to him.
Youth Majlis Member
Fatimah Abdullah is an active Jamaa'at (community) member at Masjid al-Mu'min of Pittsburgh. Fatimah is a wife, mother, and recent High School graduate. She just began her first term as an undergraduate degree student pursuing her Business Administration degree.
Annisa Abdul-Mujeeb was born and raised in Pittsburgh. She is a sincere & hardworking Jamaa'at member of Masjid al-Mumin. "I want and desire to help and improve my masjid and the community at large in a way that is pleasing to our Creator, Allah." Sister Annisa is the Events Coordinator for Masjid al-Mu'min.
Abdul Mujeeb, a native of the Pittsburgh area and a Jamaa'at member of Masjid Al-Mu'min whose main concern is the betterment of the masjid, community, and people by pleasing our Creator first and foremost. "Putting others before ourselves benefits ourselves".
Youth Majlis Member
Khadijah Abdullah is one of our youth at Masjid al-Mumin who is active in maintaining the masjid, She cooks and sells dinners as part of our fundraising efforts. Khadijah has recently graduated high school and looks forward to starting a new chapter of her life.
